Tips

To make your learning smoother, we've put together some tips for you:

  • Make sure you only have those items on your (school or home) desk which you need (you do not need 20 colored ballpoint pens and your mobile phone).
  • Make a schedule of activities and schoolwork, that you have on certain days or weeks.
  • Do only one thing at a time (while you are at school, do not bother what your friend has published on Facebook).
  • On your desk, there should be a small sheet of paper with procedures, keywords, and reminders for doing exercises.
  • Organize your worksheets in folders, so that it will be easier for you to find them and that you will not throw them away by mistake.
  • While studying or doing your homework, make sure to stand up and stretch or take a few steps several times.
  • Make sure to drink enough water, get enough sleep and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.
  • Do not hesitate to ask your parents or teachers for advice.
